Gretchen is the defending SuperPipe champ and one of the most recognizable faces in the sport. She has more SuperPipe gold than any woman in WX history: four, from 2003, 2005, 2008 and 2010. Also scored silver in 2007. A vet of 9 WX Games, she's found longevity in a sport known for abusing bodies -- she's been a U.S. Snowboard halfpipe team member for 10 years and has competed in the Winter Olympics twice (2006, silver; 2010, 11th). Gretchen says she is taking a new approach to the 2010/2011 season: less results-driven with a focus on progression and more all-around riding. The only contests she has committed to for the season are Winter X and Winter X Europe.

Born in Stuttgart, Germany to parents of Croatian descent, Bernard Tomic relocated to Queensland, Australia at the age of three-and-a-half and began playing tennis at age seven. Nicknamed "Atomic", the 6'4", flat-hitting Tomic turned in his best ATP result by reaching the 2011 Wimbledon quarterfinals, beating No. 5 Robin Soderling along the way, to become the youngest man to reach the last eight at Wimbledon since Boris Becker in 1986. That result propelled Tomic past Lleyton Hewitt as the new Australian No. 1, ending Hewitt's seven-year reign as Australia's top-ranked man. His serve, backhand down the line and ability to change the speed of his shots are Tomic's strengths. At age 15, Tomic won the 2008 Australian Open Junior Boys' Championships to become the youngest boy to win the title in the Open Era. Tomic collected the 2009 U.S. Open junior title. He is coached by his father, John.

Born in Bratislava, Jarmila Gajdosova is a Slovak-Australian player known for her explosive serve and return game. She represented Slovakia in international competition from 2005-2009 before becoming an Australian citizen on November 23, 2009 when she began playing for Australia. Jarmila married Australian player Samuel Groth in February 2009 and took on her husband's last name.The pair split a little more than two years later and Jarmila returned to using her maiden name. A power-based baseliner, Gajdosova has won two WTA titles — Hobart (2011) and Guangzhou (2011) — and scored successive Top 50 finishes in 2010 and 2011. She lives and trains on Australia's Gold Coast.
